How to Submit Imaging Files to JTS Surgical

Option 1: PACS Submission

Ask your PACS department to send the following case details to:
cranicustomerservice@jtssurgical.com

  • Patient ID
  • Scan Type
  • Scan Date
  • Relevant Case Notes

Option 2: Upload from Physical Disc

If you’re sending DICOM data from a CD, follow these steps to prepare your files:

Step 1: Insert the CD

Insert the disc into your computer and locate the folder named “DICOM”.

Step 2: Compress the Folder into a .ZIP File

All files must be submitted in .ZIP format.

  • Windows: Right-click the “DICOM” folder → Send toCompressed (zipped) folder
  • Mac: Right-click the folder → Compress “DICOM”

⚠️ Note:

DICOM folders typically range from 100–200MB. Submitting “DICOM.DIR” alone is not sufficient. If you're unsure which folder to compress, zip the entire disc contents.

Step 3: Upload Your Case

Once zipped, drag and drop the .ZIP file into the upload form below or select it manually.

Firewall Issues?

Some hospitals may have firewall settings that block access to upload portals. If you experience any issues, please ship the physical disc to:
